Invoicements is operated by Invoicements ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service at invoicements.com, you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with Invoicements.
By signing up for or continuing to use Invoicements, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Invoicements is a web application that lets you create invoices, send them to your clients, and automate polite payment reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and the contact details of your clients.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You confirm you are of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of a business, have the authority to bind it.

Invoicements retains all rights, title, and interest in the Invoicements software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non, exclusive, non, transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We work hard to keep Invoicements running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error, free performance. Scheduled maintenance, third, party outages, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non, payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify Invoicements against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in, app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Invoicements is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
